It is clarified that the change of terms does not apply to orders that you have already made.

rentastroller.gr is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information listed on the rentastroller.gr website, subject to technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally, including product descriptions and prices or possible interruptions in the operation of the website due to force majeure, without at the same time committing to the availability of the products.

rentastroller.gr can provide no guarantee for the availability of the products posted on its website. However, it undertakes to promptly inform customers of the unavailability in case they express an interest in ordering an unavailable product.

Use of Material

All equipment rented remain at all times the property of RentaStroller. The rented equipment is for private use not for commercial use, unless prior agreement with RentaStroller.

You have to carefully read the instructions that we will supply with the equipment prior to its use and to follow the instructions at all times while using the equipment.

You have to take care and ensure the safekeeping of the equipment.

You have to use the equipment in a safe and sensible manner and in accordance with both the purpose for which it was supplied and the manufacturer’s instructions.

As it is required during the course of any other activity, the supervision of an adult is mandatory while children are using any of the rented items.

The assembly of the provided items will be carried out by you. The majority of our items are provided totally or partially assembled.

Condition of Equipment on Return

At the end of the rental period you must return the material in the same good condition in which you received it and only slight damages and wear due to the normal use should be accepted.

When returning the equipment rented, in case a product or part of it, is damaged, broken, lost or stolen, making it temporarily or permanently unusable for a new location, you will be charged with the market value of the product in question.

The equipment must be returned with the same, or similar, packaging system. If the packaging system is damaged or destroyed, additional amounts will be charged.

All items must be returned clean, if the item is returned dirtier than expected for a proper use, additional amounts will be charged.

In case the equipment is returned to us late and within 24 hours after the end of the rental period, we reserve the right to charge additional amounts. In case the material has not been returned to us 24hours after the end of the rental period, you will be charged with the market value of the product in question

We will report to you, within 5 working days after return of the rented equipment, any damage and / or malfunctions of the products, and we will inform you of the costs you will be charged of.
